Focuses the attention of monsters within 10 yards on the target location. Costs 30 energy and does not break stealth.

Sometimes you will find locations in dungeons where there is no way to sneak past monsters because of where they are looking. Distract allows you to "force" them to look in another direction in order to Sap them, pick their pockets, or simply to make your life easier when starting an ambush. Because distract stops moving opponents, it is quite possible to separate certain patrols or delay incoming monsters.
